About this villa rental
The holiday house is 80 m2. The layout includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a large terrace, and a garden. As the name says, Boutique House Rustikana is decorated in a rustic style, complemented nicely by Istrian stone, wood, and ship beams that decorate the ceilings of some rooms.
The first bedroom contains a double bed (180 x 200 cm), while the second has two single beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm) that can be moved together. An additional baby cot can also be provided. The spacious bathroom includes a freestanding bathtub, a shower cabin, a washing machine, and a dryer. High-quality toiletries ensure extra enjoyment and well-being. The kitchen with dining area is decorated in bright colors and features a wine fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The separate living area includes a large sofa, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV.
The holiday house is air-conditioned. The stone terrace includes garden furniture and a barbecue. The garden also features a children's playground and a badminton court. Boutique House Rustikana offers an escape from everyday stress. It provides privacy and peace. It is surrounded by nature and offers beautiful views of the surrounding villages.

Korte is known for its excellent cuisine. The Korte Restaurant spoils visitors with homemade dishes. Other excellent restaurants are located in neighboring villages, which are a 10-minute drive from Korte by car. It is also possible to arrange wine tastings at Korenika & Moskon or Robi and Dorjano’s wine cellars.
Korte offers many hiking and cycling trails. One such trail is Kastelir, which, with its 1230 m2, is one of the largest prehistoric settlements in the Slovenian part of Istria. In Korte, you can also visit the Church of St. Anthony and the first school in Slovenian Istria, which is 200 years old. There is also a small grocery store in the village center.
Korte is only a 10-minute drive to the center of Izola (7.6 km), Portoroz (7.8 km), or Piran (11.3 km). Popular beaches in the area include Central Beach Portoroz (6.8 km), San Simon Beach in Izola (7.3 m), and Strunjan Beach (8.1 km).

The location is really amazing, in a town called Korte, which is on the hills about 15 mins away from the coast. The views are beautiful and the village itself is also very atmospheric. It's actually very easily reachable, there are many routes, depending where from you are coming or where you are going to. So the roads lead you directly to either Piran/Portoroz, Izola, or Koper and onwards to Trieste, or towards Croatia. The host is very friendly and we met him in person when we came there, and also before leaving. He gave good tips and recommendations about locations which you can go for trips. The house itself is very nicely decorated and everything you need is there. The beds were very good. There is a lovely yard and a swimming pool also available for use, which is a great addition!

Peaceful picturesque location with many things to see and do within easy reach. We enjoyed day trips to Piran, Trieste, Olive Oil and Wine tasting, and various beaches. Supermarkets and restaurants were also pretty convenient. There are two exceptional restaurants within a few minutes walk.
