Bring your friends and family to this spacious newly built four bedroom home, with plenty of space in the perfectly manicured backyard. The home includes 2 living areas and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge.
The house is close to all major amenities within a walking distance;
> less than a kilometre to the major shopping centre (Opalia Plaza)
> a pharmacy
> a bus station
> 5 mins drive to the train station
> 5 mins to the major highway M8

The space
The open plan living and dining area is accompanied with a sleek and open kitchen area, well equiped with stainless steel appliances( kitchen sink, stove and oven). The master bedroom includes an ensuite and a built in wardrobe, while the other three bedrooms are fitted with built in wardrobes and are serviced by a central bathroom and toilet.
Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom has a queen size bed.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed.
Bedroom 3 & 4 - double size beds.
The outdoor area is perfectly manicured and there is plenty of backyard space to hang out and relax.
