Once again… AMAZING! We love this house so much! It is perfectly located in ICW with great fishing! The house is always so clean and ready for guest! The covered fishing area is our favorite! Host is so nice and excellent at communicating! Always a favorite every time we visit Sargent!

Another awesome trip at the Brown Water Bungalow. This is our 3rd year in a row and we keep coming back due to the location, the great fishing and the house has everything we need for our group of 12. Don’t hesitate to book it for a fun fishing weekend. Will be back next year!
