We look forward to meeting you for the key handover at the Rerik Travel Center, Haffplatz 5, on your arrival day starting at 4:00 p.m. You’re welcome to call starting at 1:00 p.m. to find out if your apartment might already be clean, but the handover is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. If you’re arriving late, we’d appreciate it if you could call us to let us know your arrival time so that we can be there on time or have a key safe ready for you.
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the landlord:
- Towel set: €8.00 per person
- Crib: €15.00 one-time fee
- High chair: €15.00 one-time fee
- Handcart per stay: €20.00 one-time fee
