Absolutely enjoy yourself however we have a very strict rule of NO FIREWORKS and NO SMOKING on the property which includes patios. This includes vaping and cannabis as well. Anyone found smoking in or on the property will be charged the deposit in full.
There are two units on the property. Your unit is 731 in the middle with parking on the left. Your unit and large backyard with pool is completely private. Pets allowed, pet fee required.

The Sugar Beach rental was a wonderful hub for our family adventures in Naples. We absolutely loved the amenities available on the property, with the pool being the standout! Great accessibility to nearby beaches, shopping areas, and restaurants. Easily the most-equipped rental we’ve ever had. Would gladly stay again or recommend!
