About this apartment rental
This home has a large yard with a tree lined hill in the backyard offering nice views & privacy. This side of the duplex has an open & sunny 1st floor with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room & bathroom with a washer/dryer. All 3 upstairs guest rooms include a very comfortable bed, dresser, chair, working area/desk, TV w/ Hulu & Netflix in each room, extra pillows, towels & linens. Each guest room has a security keypad with a unique code that is only good for your stay.

Overall, this stay was very nice, Everything was clean upon arrival. Communicated efficiently when a problem arose. Snacks provided for all rooms in your stay. Small but nice place. 10/10 would choose again. Very affordable as well.

Property was clean and comfortable. Gave our family the chance to stay together when in the area for UVM graduation. The host, Alex, was quick to respond and answer any questions. Loved the Ben and Jerry’s left for us!
And yes…we heard the train, but did not find it disturbing at all!

Duplex was as advertised—great location with a large lawn and comfortable beds. This was a great space to watch the eclipse. Outdoor space was plentiful with a cute deck. Work from home space was a bit limited, but fine for a few days. We were not disturbed at all by the neighbors or the train. (The train ran infrequently and was across the street.) Alex stocked the house with lots of treats and was very responsive to questions and flexible when our plans changed slightly. If we had any complaint, it would be that the house lacked a binder with WiFi passwords and instructions, but the host is working to address this.

My group and I had a great time at this location. Very roomy for a duplex and snacks were provided for us too. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area. Great experience.
