King bed in master bedroom, Queen bed in guest bedroom, pull out queen sofa, 2 bathrooms, Smart TV`s with cable WIFI. Completely stocked kitchen with all appliances. Amenities include heated swimming pool, private beach, marina with boat ramp and dockage for extra fee, lighted tennis courts, gazebo, boat & trailer storage on 60 lush tropical acres.

From the multitude of activities on property, to the variety of water sports and other adventures in the Key Largo surrounding area, you can be sure that you will bring home memories that will last a lifetime. Ocean Pointe Suites at Key Largo offers a variety of activities including tennis, pickle ball, swimming pool, private beach, grill and picnic areas, fishing and so much more.
Amenities include a newly renovated, junior olympic heated swimming pool , a 14 person jacuzzi,food truck outside pool area, private sandy beach, pier, snorkeling area, oceanfront marina with boat ramp and dockage, lighted tennis courts, oceanfront gazebo,Kids Play Ground, boat & trailer storage, on-site: 24 Hour Guarded Community, and more - all situated on 60 lush tropical acres.

Several rental companies are within 5-10 min driving including: glass boat tours, kayaks, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, parasailing, snorkeling and other water activities
*Winn-Dixie supermarket, CVS, movie theater is only 1 mile away
*Theatre of the Seas is 9 miles away
*John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is 11 miles away
*Miami International Airport is 69 miles away
* Founders Park is 5 miles away
*Harry Harris Park is just a mile away
*Key West is 90 miles away
When you arrive you will check in at guest services at the welcome center where you will pick up your keycard’s. You will then head to Ocean Point to the guard gate with your parking pass ( only two per condo ) Drive to condo one, there is a luggage cart next to the elevator we are on the fourth floor just to the right when you leave the elevator two doors down you have arrived to 1408 and then relax and enjoy your stay.
BOAT RESERVATIONS
Please note that we do not manage the marina and cannot guarantee availability for boat dockage. You will have to contact the Dockmaster at Ocean Pointe to make a reservation.
Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity..
Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.
The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.
Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.
All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
PETS AND SERVICE DOGS: No Pets allowed per HOA policy. If you have a service animal, please let me know upon booking. You will have to provide proof of Service Animal documentation to HOA. Service dog must be registered with HOA prior to your arrival. The Law allows HOA to ask for documentation.

The place was wonderful. Very nicely decorated. Loved the fact that they had laundry, had even supplied coffee but we brought our own, very comfortable. Would stay again if I was in the area would also recommend to anyone staying in the area

Nice place but needs some minor maintenance and additional cleaning. Leaking shower head, kitchen light not working, mold on 2nd bath shower curtain. Ocean Pointe complex is very nice and a nice location.
