You have access to the apartment and the shared laundry area which is secured by a lock and key.
As you enter the apartment on the first floor you will walk into a nice quaint dining area set up for 2. With a tall table and seating. This area also doubles as a workstation for Remote Work Access. Continue forward and you come into the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and oven, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, dishware, and microwave. Everything you need to make home-cooked meals.
Down the corridor, you will walk into a lovely bedroom with a Queen size bed and bedding, very comfortable and great for a good night's sleep. The bedroom also leads into a perfectly set up common living room space with a comfortable size sofa sleeper, a large flat screen smart TV, and plenty of couch space for you and your loved ones. The living room area and bedroom are divided by a tall partition which is on-site for when you need to put it up.
We have a small back deck which is shared with the guest upstairs as they use it to access the back staircase. There are also two comfortable outdoor chairs and, a table at the front of the house on the porch for some comfortable outdoor time.
There are several buses nearby that take you to all points in the city of Philadelphia. Also its public street parking so you can find a spot and park which in most cases is very easy around here.

I was a little dismayed as I approached by car and the route changed from suburban to one with a lumberyard and abandoned lots. But once I entered I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was spotless and looked brand new. Actually I felt safe once I was there. Nothing untoward happened. Perhaps this is a neighborhood on its way to gentrification. Just made an initial bad impression from the outside. Street parking was always plentiful.

Beautifully prepared property! Suggest including instructions on adjusting the thermostat and omit section on keys & charges for missing keys since it has a convenient digital keyless entry. Addition of hairdryer would also be helpful.
