About this cottage rental
Spacious and comfortable cottage in very desirable location. Near the Niantic Boardwalk, beaches, and the Niantic Children's Museum! Unique corner lot with stone wall, private yard with a deck and coi pond. Patio furniture available, charcoal grill and plenty of parking space to enjoy a picnic with family. Walking distance to CVS, restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. A 3-minute drive to the nearest beach. Also, minutes away from Foxwoods & Mohegan casinos, and nearby indoor go-karting and trampoline place. A few fishing charters are available in the area. There's Oswegatchie Hills nature trail at a walking distance if you like to get fresh air and enjoy nature. It's a great area close to many recreational areas, restaurants and shops!

This tiny luxury home has everything you need for a peaceful home away from home experience. Communication with John was awesome as he answered all of my questions on the spot. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our host was wonderful! Super quick to answer questions! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and located close to town for all the necessities. Very close to a Costco as well! The beaches were beautiful and so were the fall colors!

We had a lovely stay during USCGA parent weekend. It was about 15 min from Academy. The home was well stocked and allowed us to cook, doLaundry, and have some space. We especially liked the fire pit outside. Hector was very quick toReply back with any answers to questions we had. The home was incredibly clean! We look forward to booking again. Thanks for a great weekend.
