First Floor: Convenient entry with half bathroom – perfect for beach days.
Second Floor:

This beautiful beachfront home on Chesapeake Bay was well appointed, very clean, and spacious for our family of 5. The home has modern amenities with plenty of beach toys and the views from the kitchen and bedroom levels and the 2 decks are phenominal with nearly a 180 deg view of the Chesapeake Bay. The home's protected beach is very clean and is within easy access of the house. My grandson loved playing in the sand and the waves. The shoreline across from the New Point Comfort light house was only a short walk from the property. I definitely recommend this home and will stay at this property again next year. A. McCormick

Perfect Getaway – We Can’t Wait to Come Back!Katie and Tim were amazing hosts—thoughtful, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making sure guests feel right at home. You truly don’t need to bring a thing—the kitchen is fully stocked, the house was spotless, and the beds were super comfortable.We spent every evening around the fire pit, and the kids were up early each morning taking the kayaks out and going crabbing. They had so much fun hunting for hermit crabs along the shore. The beach and water were absolutely beautiful, and we spent most of our days floating with drinks in hand, just soaking it all in.The kayaks were a huge hit with the kids, and the peaceful surroundings made it such a relaxing escape. What a gem this place is. We’ll definitely be back!
