Modern vacation home 4 bed 3 full bath year round house. 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms. Lower level offers a great teen/kids retreat or space for extra family.
30min walk or 5min drive to town or the world class sandy Beach with crystal clear water.
The town offers lots of activities in the warmer months - rope course, ax throwing, mini-put, arcade, funky shops and eats and treats galore.
Sauble Falls 5 min drive, trendy Southampton and Port Elgin 30 min, Tobermory 1 hr.
ATV/Snowmobiling
The space
Located in a quiet residential area, lush gardens and both a front and rear yard is available.
Guest access
Access is through key lock on the lower level, beside the driveway.
Check in is 4:00 p.m.
Check out is 10:30 a.m.
Other things to note
Mattress and pillow protectors are provided along with sheets and bath towels. Don't forget to bring the beach towels.
