Sunny 2-room ground floor apartment at 250m from the sea and 200m from the center of St-Idesbald (district between Koksijde and De Panne). Pets allowed on request. Garage included in the price. Entrance hall, bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, toilet, bedroom with double bed, living room with sitting area, dining area and breakfast corner, open kitchen, storage room, bedroom with 2 single beds, terrace. The apartment is equipped for the disabled: raised hanging toilet with handles, walk-in shower with anti-slip floor instead of bath, 1 bedroom with raised bed to sitting height with handle.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
