This villa is directly on the beach, in a cove Mutnik, island Brac, next to Supetar town. With swimming pool and ocean view porch after an entire beach in front of the house!
On the ground floor of the villa is the living room with an indoor fireplace, TV, large sofa and armchair. Living room is dominated by a wood fireplace, put in a place often occupied by TV in modern families. The fireplace evokes the tradition of gathering people in the evening hours, after they would spent their whole day working in the field or fishing. Even though the invention of electric energy has pushed these customs aside, the subconscious part of our mind does enjoy seeing the game of flames or hearing the fire crack. When you mix that feeling with the melancholic whisper of the waves near Villa SIRENA , the pleasure is simply priceless. One more interesting thing about the fireplace is that its sides are made out of 400kg thresholds of old Brac houses. The owner had to use its hand and wit to put them up. The kitchen is also on the first floor and it is a combination of traditional and modern as it is furnished in a retro style (it even has a traditional and fully working bread oven) but fully equipped with modern appliances such as a large double winged refrigerator with an ice machine, stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle and of course, all of the necessary utensils needed for a large group of people staying there several days. On this floor there is also a lavatory and one of the three bathrooms, this one with a jacuzzi hot tub/shower.On the lower floor, or high cellar, there is another large room that doubles as a bedroom with a king sized bed and another pull out sofa.On the first floor there are two bedrooms with king sized beds both with private bathrooms, air conditioning and magnificent beach view windows.
