On the 2nd floor with lift of a residence with "Belle Époque" architecture, enjoy the comfort and space of a vast 105m2 flat designed to sleep 7 people, with its 3 bedrooms, fitted kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

Fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, built-in oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue machines).
1 master suite with double bed (160cm) and en-suite bathroom (Italian shower).
1 triple bedroom with a double bed (160cm) + a single bed (90cm)
1 children's bedroom with two bunk beds (90cm)
Second bathroom (Italian shower). Separate WC.
NETFLIX package and WIFI access. Board games.
Childcare equipment available (cot + high chair).
Iron and ironing board.
A cellar is available in the basement of the building, where you can store bicycles or ski equipment.

The Golf residence is on Boulevard Latapie Flurin, the avenue of the "Belle Époque" residences in Cauterets.
You'll be right in the heart of the village, 50 metres from the Casino esplanade, just a short walk from the shops (food, bars and restaurants, regional produce...).
The Lys cable car is a 10-minute walk away (free shuttles nearby).
Parking is free on the boulevard, but difficult at the height of the season.
Free public car parks are available around the town centre if required.

Bed linen and towels are not provided, but are available at extra cost if required.
Given the quality of the facilities and the attention paid to the layout and decoration of the apartment, we expect everyone to take the utmost care of it.
Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy when you leave, take out your rubbish and think about selective sorting. :)
