THE APARTMENT
Luxor features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making it a great choice for couples, small families, friends, and business travelers.
Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen-size beds, giving guests their own private space to unwind after a day in Cuenca.
The apartment also includes comfortable living and dining areas where you can relax, enjoy a meal together, watch TV, or simply recharge between outings.
FULL KITCHEN
Enjoy the flexibility of having your own kitchen during your stay. The apartment includes a full kitchen where guests can prepare breakfast before heading out, cook family meals, or simply keep their favorite drinks and snacks on hand.
It’s especially convenient for families and guests planning extended stays who prefer having the comforts of a home rather than a traditional hotel room.
PRIVATE IN-UNIT LAUNDRY
One of Luxor’s most convenient features is its private washer and dryer located directly inside the apartment.
There are no shared laundry facilities and no need to search for a laundromat during your trip. This can be particularly useful for families, longer stays, or travelers continuing on to other destinations in Ecuador.

560 Residences isn’t a large hotel or impersonal property management operation. Our family owns the entire building, and we’ve been welcoming guests in Cuenca for approximately six years.
We created our apartments to offer travelers a more modern, comfortable style of accommodation while still providing the personal attention that can make a trip feel special.
I personally handle guest communication and typically respond within minutes or within the hour. I’m also happy to provide local recommendations or help answer questions before and throughout your stay.
Because we live abroad, we also have a local building manager who can assist whenever something requires in-person attention.

Excellent apartment. Very well equipped (soft towels, quality pans, TV apps, strong internet for working, etc) and comfortable. It's ground floor so good if you have loud kids :) to not bother others. Almost no street noise at night. Just 1 block to a huge local market with foods, lunches/dinners, sundries. 15 minute walk to Centro or 1.50 taxi.

Perfect location for tourists. Excellent house condition and stay like at home. Nearby local and super markets with fruits, vegeatables and meats provide everything. Host is very good in English counication. We enjoyed four days stay very much.
