About this apartment rental
This apartment is located in Netanya, in the Yr yamim district, 10 minutes from the main highway that serves the country from North to South.
It is 1 km from the beach of Poleg and a nature reserve. You have all the necessary amenities for a successful holiday: The largest shopping center of Natanya is 5 minutes walk away, as well as the Piano Square, animated by cafes and restaurants, children's parks and green spaces. It is composed of 5 rooms of 140 m2 with a sea view in the distance, in a high standing building, fully air-conditioned. It is located on the 4th floor, served by 3 elevators, one of which is on Shabbat. The apartment is accessible on one level, without stairs.
Very nicely decorated and comfortable including:
-A large living room opening onto a beautiful furnished terrace of 14 m2 and distant view of the sea.
-A fully equipped and functional kitchen with a bar, pyrolysis oven, microwave, espresso coffee machine, milk frother for Cappuccino, kettle, toaster, toaster and a cold and hot filtered water dispenser.
4 beautiful bedrooms including:
- A master suite with a large double bed (1m60), TV, office space, a large storage wardrobe as well as a walk-in shower room and a private toilet. Bath and slippers for your comfort!
-A 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and a storage wardrobe.
-A 3rd bedroom with a single bed, a drawer bed and a storage cupboard (secure room/ mamad)
-A 4th bedroom with a double bed (1m40) and a wardrobe.
Also a family bathroom with bath and toilet, a laundry room including a washing machine/dryer. A separate guest toilet.
You will have at your disposal 2 private parking spaces: one in the basement with direct access to the elevators and another in the private outdoor parking.
A Shabbat elevator. Access to the apartment on one level, without stairs.
The apartment is located close to shops and restaurants on a lively square, the Place Piano (5 minutes walk) and a shopping center, (2 minutes walk), the bamboo beach (10 minutes walk through beautiful gardens and many children's parks) as well as synagogues.
To accommodate young children, we offer a cot, a high chair, a special baby bath. Baby equipment is installed on request in the room of your choice.
For the pleasure of young and old, you can ask us for the keys to the children's playroom and the gym, both air-conditioned, located in the lobby of the building.
(Condition: you will only have to sign a waiver of material and physical liability. Any material damage to these places may engage your warranty)

Stayed in the apartment with my daughter, her husband and three children for over two weeks. It was spacious and extremely comfortable. Ana is very responsive and accommodating, and went out of the way with special touches. It is a beautiful area and truly relaxing and convenient. Would surely come back again.
