Seaviews, facing a lovely forest type mature gardens with a trail which leads to Brixham. Small shop and bar restaurant nearby. The beds are really comfertable for a great nights sleep.

The view from the property was good.
The host didn't answer the phone nor did they call back. We had to call a property management company (customer service number) that wasn't specific for the property so they didn't know what was provided at the property. We were informed that we needed to bring our own toilet paper as the property doesn't provide any toilet paper nor anything else (soap (other than a tiny one), shampoo, hand wash, etc.). There was only half a roll of toilet paper provided for our 4 nights stay. One of the neighbours was very rude by saying that an Amazon parcel was delivered to the property when it wasn't. Also, don't be fooled by the photograph of the swimming pool or the note of "bring your own towels for the swimming pool and beach" in the description as there is no swimming pool that guests of this property can use.
