Luxury, warm hospitality, nature at its best…

This is an exceptional place. Right on the lake. Better than the pics! We were able to experience the lifestyle of upper class Germany. Very clean, well maintained and updated heritage house. Barbeque on the lake, sauna, paddle floaters. Not a dull moment. Lindau is a delightful little town nearby, but you do not need to step out of villa Noho. We had a wonderful time and our two little ones aged 7 and 1 enjoyed as much with all the toys provided. But the best part - The host Martin. What a fine gentleman- felt like we were visiting family. Always around, helpful and experienced at giving his guests a wonderful time. Look no further- one of the best villas you could rent anywhere on planet earth….

Memorable Stay!

Gorgeous home with amazing lake front property. Decor is beautiful and the living room with the antique piano and plate glass window made it an awesome place to watch life on the lake. The kitchen and dining room were also top quality. They also have a very helpful and organized book of information on the house and the area. We had a Great time doing stand up paddle. It was our anniversary and Martin and Lora were so thoughtful that they gave us a lovely souvenir from town. We highly recommend and hope to come back again!

Really don't have anything negative. Could be nice to have some swim towels for guests who come from afar?

Perfekt!

Wir waren gemeinsam mit der Familie für ein paar Tage im Juni in dieser traumhaften Ferienwohnung. 4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und 3 Hunde fanden dort alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünscht. Flauschige Handtücher, Tee, Gewürze, Spiele, ein Beamer für Streamingdienste uvm. sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet und lädt zum Seele baumeln lassen ein. Draußen wartet ein fantastischer Garten mit direktem Seezugang nur darauf erobert zu werden. Auch hier gibt es alles mögliche für einen gelungenen Tag am See und im Garten auf der Terrasse. Volleyball Netz, SUP die man sich leihen darf, Bälle, Tischtennisplatte und nicht zu vergessen der atemberaubende Blick auf den See. Einfach herrlich. Die großen Bäume im Garten bieten nicht nur Schatten, sondern zeigen auch davon, dass der Garten mit viel Liebe über die Jahre gepflegt wird. Und hier kommen wir zum Vermieter. Martin mit seiner Familie. Hilfsbereit, freundlich, lustig und mit ganzem Herz dabei. Wir haben tolle Gespräche geführt, seine süße Hündin ist mit unseren dreien durch den Garten geflitzt und wir hoffen sehr, dass wir nicht zum letzten Mal dort waren.

Top Unterkunft direkt am See, mit einem hervorragenden Gastgeber

Tolle Unterkunft und Lage, tolle Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht. Der Gastgeber Martin war sehr aufmerksam und hat an alles gedacht.

Wir wären gerne ein paar Tage länger geblieben :-)

Sehnsuchtsort am Bodensee mit herzlichem Vermieter

Dieses Fleckchen am Bodensee ist ein kleiner bzw. großer Traum. Für 6 Personen hat es die perfekte Größe. Ein besonderes Lob an den ultranetten Vermieter Martin. Das Haus ist super sauber, der Garten sehr gepflegt, es gibt alles, was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Für Kinder und Hunde ist es ebenfalls der top Urlaubsplatz. Spielzeug und Auslauf vorhanden! Wir wollten gar nicht mehr heim und wollen als Familie wiederkommen. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Perfekte Lage und herzlicher Gastgeber – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement! Die Lage direkt am Bodensee ist einfach unschlagbar – morgens mit Blick aufs Wasser zu frühstücken, war ein Traum. Das Appartement war makellos sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein großes Highlight war der wunderschöne, großzügige Garten – zum Volleyball- und Tischtennisspiel, aber auch perfekt für unsere Hündin, die sich ebenfalls pudelwohl gefühlt hat. Auch das gut ausgestattete Fitnessstudio war ein tolles Extra. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die liebevolle Geste des Gastgebers, der uns mit frischem Brot und einer Auswahl an Getränken begrüßt hat.

Alles was man sich in einer Küche wünschen kann war vorhanden. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und vor allem sehr sauber, perfekt aufgeräumt und mit einer außergewöhnliche traumhafte Lage. Einen sehr netten Gastgeber immer bemüht seinen Gästen zu helfen ….
