Apartamentul este situat intr-o scara de bloc neîngrijita, cu miros de vechi, întunecată, parca intri intr-o capsula a timpului de acum 50 de ani. E foarte greu sa găsești usa apartamentului deoarece nu are numărul de apartament afișat, asa ca trebuie sa ghicești care este. Salteaua patului este inconfortabila, aproape ca te scufunzi pana pe podea. Masina de spalat rufe nu funcționează când ajunge la programul de limpezire și stoarcere dwsi am incercat mai multe programe(hainele rămân nestoarse). Curățenia apartamentului lasă de dorit. E curat la suprafata,dar odată ce deschizi sertarele din bucatarie si dulapuri, iti dai seama cat de manjite sunt si efectiv necurățate, adică toate tacâmurile și vasele din dulapuri miros urat din cauza asta! In baie, para dusului e fisurata, paravanul de dus e jegos(mai ales sub el) iar scurgerea dusului(sifonul) este nefinisata.
