Posto immerso nel nulla più letterale, bellissima vista, struttura molto bella. Ogni mattina c’è colazione con abbondanza di prodotti, inoltre Francesco prepara sempre le uova per chi le richiede.
Staff cordialissimo, molto simpatici e disponibili. Ottimo per relax di qualche giorno
Sicuramente la struttura è datata, il che da un lato è un pro dall’altro meno: i bagni sono vecchi e non particolarmente tenuti, la doccia aveva muffa e non scaricava correttamente (buona fortuna agli ultimi in doccia)
ovviamente essendo nel nulla c’è la natura più viva, però le zanzariere non sono tenute benissimo e noi in stanza avevamo scarafaggi piccolini un po’ dovunque
la strada per arrivare é impegnativa, chiedete bene prima di arrivare quale direzione prendere, se avete un 4x4 meglio :)

Appartamento pulitissimo, panorama super toscano, accoglienza eccezionale e colazione a buffet incredibile se amate il cibo vero e non quello confezionato! L'omelette di Francesco un vero tocco di bontà calorica che non dimenticheremo facilmente ❤️
Uniche piccolissime note dolenti...la strada per arrivare al podere non è adatta a tutte le automobili e una delle due strade è davvero impossibile senza un suv. Mancava il mini kit da bagno con saponetta e bagnoschiuma.

Magnifique petit complexe, en pleine nature, avec une vue à couper le souffle, un personnel d'une très grande gentillesse, et un petit déjeuner exceptionnel, composé de produits locaux, de gâteaux faits sur place, tout cela, servi par un patron souriant et très jovial (le Roi de l'omelette) !
Le domaine est difficile à trouver par GPS. Google Maps nous a égaré sur un chemin de terre vraiment mauvais sur près de 2 km. Nous avons découvert après-coup qu'un autre chemin de terre beaucoup plus carrossable était disponible et surtout plus court ! Il serait bien, à l'entrée de ce chemin-là, d'indiquer aux voyageurs la direction de l'hôtel !
Nous avions loué une simple chambre qui s'est révélé être un petit studio (super !) mais dont la chambre à coucher était à demi excavée... Bof...

Andrea, housekeeper was fantastic, always very supportive and helpful, caring for his clients.
We travelled to this accommodation as two separate families. While making our booking (at Booking.com) we also made a specific request to have two apartments sufficient for two families (that was mentioned as a special request during our booking). However, this has not happened and our family got a very small unit which made our stay completely uncomfortable which also resulted in rather mixed feeling about our stay even though the housekeeper Andreas was very nice and the overall place and location were really great. We rather believe that this misunderstanding was caused by Booking.com office not taking into account our specific requirements.
