Bel appartement proche chateau Laurens

Location was very good, cheap price for how close it is to the station while being within a walkable distance from the city proper. There was everything you could have needed in the apartment: laundry, TV, stove, pans, fridge, freezer, microwave, and over. There is also AC in one of the two bedrooms and in the living room. Overall everything you need for a very good price. Would strongly recommend.

Parking was difficult because of the tight turn needed for it. You can only really park if you have a regular sized car (we had a Hyundai i20 and could fit with some difficulty). This is not the fault of the property, garages in France are typically like this. One of the two covers for the blankets is a open cover (so it is over the duvet instead of the duvet being inside it), which is very annoying if you move a lot in your sleep.

le logement est bien tres bien situé pour agde , il ya aussi le garage en cas de besoin pour se garer. le logement est grand fonctionnel et le personnel et super nous avons passé un bon sejour

L'emplacement près du canal du midi pour les vélos et la proximité du centre-ville et le garage super que ce soit pour une voiture ou pour nous les vélos

Excelente piso con grandes posibilidades. 90 metros cuadrados. Piso independiente con garaje. Económico.

Camas sin hacer con las sábanas dobladas encima de la cama. Almohadas y colchones con manchas, bandeja dentro del horno sucia. Suelos sin barrer y casa helada al llegar, juego de llaves anticuado y dificultad para entrar a la estancia. Cobra toallas aparte y en nuestro caso al llegar tarde (21:00) no tuvimos opción ni de conseguirlas. El dueño te obliga a limpiar el apartamento antes de salir para ahorrarse la limpieza. Garaje estrecho y poco profundo (No recomendado para coches de más de 4,5 m). Con un poco de interés por parte del dueño podría ser una muy buena opción.
