Beautiful apartment located at the rear of an old building. Central location and amazing amenities.
Not a negative, but the car park is a little tight. Would recommend a smaller car.

Centrally located, gorgeously decorated & very spacious modern apartment. Very quiet & private despite its location in the nightclub district.
We couldn’t park our car in the garage due to the 1.9m height restriction - which would not be an issue for most guests.

Close to Fortitude Valley nightlife, restaurants and 'wildlife'. Walking distance to the James St Restaurant precinct.
The adjacent building site and associated construction noise from very early in the morning. The rubbish trucks emptying the bins at the shops and commercial premises nearby at 3am and 4 am in the morning. The driveway, underground garage and parking bay is only suitable to small to medium cars - not full size 4WD wagons or larger utes. Don't bring in the Land-cruiser or F150.
