Villa Lory - Torre Lapillo - 300 mt dalla spiaggia

Villetta nuova completamente restaurata e con tutti i servizi necessari. Padroni di casa accoglienti. A 300 metri dalla spiaggia e a 100 metri dal centro di Torre Lapillo. A 15 Min da Porto cesareo e al max 20 Min da tutte le spiagge piú belle della zona.

Parcheggio esterno. Ma facilmente trovabile anche attaccato alla casa.

Lory & Daniele waren sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Bei der Ankunft haben sie wirklich alles erklärt - welcher Schlüssel wo passt - welcher Schalter für die Jalousien und AC sind - Mülltrennung und -entsorgung. Die sprachliche Barriere wurde online per Translator gelöst. Es gab sogar Willkommensgeschenke (Prosecco & Pasticciotti). Auf Anfragen via WhatsApp wurde immer in einer adäquaten Zeitfenster geantwortet. Die Wohnung selbst ist in einem super Zustand, genug Staumöglichkeiten, Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, praktisch auch die Waschmaschine. Shops, Restaurants und der Strand sind in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar - die Lage der Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. TOP SERVICE - MILLE GRAZIE

Das ist Kritik auf höchstem Niveau, aber die grelle Solarlampe auf der Terrasse hat etwas gestört. Wenn es noch kleine Teller und zB Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker gegeben hätte, dann wäre es "over the top" gewesen.

Appartamento bellissimo e pulitissimo. Dotato di tutti i comfort tra cui zanzariere e aria condizionata. Nota di merito alla pergola esterna immersa nel verde, mangiare fuori è davvero piacevole. Zona tranquilla ma comoda al mare e ai vari negozi/supermercati. Il proprietario al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare pasticciotti e una bottiglia di vino, davvero gentile!
