Es un apartamento amplio, el anfitrión responde pronto, el ingreso y salida del apartamento fue sencillo.
Presenta humedad, escasa iluminación, las habitaciones, son muy encerradas, sin ventanas al exterior, las camas en realidad no son cómodas y los closets son muy antiguos. Se escucha el ruido del segundo nivel. No hay restaurantes cerca para desayunar ni otros comercios, el barrio no da la impresión de ser muy seguro.
