La casa di Metis

Ho trascorso 5 giorni con la famiglia , l'alloggio è semplicemente favoloso dotato di ogni comfort...sinceramente quello che ci ha colpito di più è stata la pulizia...non ricordo di aver mai soggiornato in un appartamento così pulito... la signora Teresa si vede che ama il suo lavoro...accogliente e disponibile nel dare consigli su come muoversi in zona. L'appartamento si trova proprio sul Sentiero degli Dei e a pochi metri ci sono le fermate dei Bus e navette per raggiungere la costa... Vorrei ringraziare Teresa per la fantastica esperienza che abbiamo vissuto in questi giorni e un ringraziamento in particolare va anche a Nunzio che ci ha regalato uno tra i più bei panorami della Costa al tramonto...una "POESIA" TORNEREMO SICURAMENTE

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Bei unserer Ankunft waren Wasser und Milch im Kühlschrank, die Kaffeemaschine stand bereit und für das erste Frühstück hatten die super netten Gastgeber bereits Marmelade, Nutella und Zwieback vorbereitet. Sogar Gewürze, Salz und Olivenöl zum Kochen waren da. Das Haus bietet zudem eine tolle Terrasse zum Sonnenbaden und einen privaten Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Wir haben von hier aus jeden Tag die Amalfiküste mit der Vespa erkundet – die Lage ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für alle Ausflüge! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Amazing stay at La casa di Metis! Teresa is a wonderful host. It was a great spot mid trip to recharge in a place that felt like home (and do some laundry). If you’re planning to hike the Path of the Gods, you can’t do better—this stay is literally on the path. We had fun watching hikers walk by each morning. Here’s a fun story: On our second day we awoke to what appeared to be smoke in the air. We went for a walk to the Amalfi look out but we couldn’t see a thing. It looked like the coastline was ablaze, consumed with smoke. But none of the locals were reacting and we couldn’t smell smoke and we had no difficulty breathing. That’s when a friendly local informed us “Not smoke, clouds.” We were amazed. Being 668m above sea level, you are literally in the clouds. It was a magical experience. Come to Agerola and stay at La casa di Metis.

Lugnt område i en bergsby nära ett litet torg med charmiga små butiker. Man kan börja sin dag med att hämta färska cornetti från bageributiken till frukosten. Lägenheten ligger alldeles invid stigen mot Sentieri degli Dei och andra vandringsleder. Bra med egen parkeringsplats.

Köket var inte särskilt välutrustat. Långa avstånd räknat i tid om man vill besöka olika platser nere vid kusten.
