I liked everything, the property really resembles a home, that was exactly what I needed. The hosts were really kind and attentive, always answered questions promptly. You have everything you need to hit the ground running, the Lidl supermarket less than 60 meters away is a great place to pick fresh groceries. The Pure Bakery across the street is sure to make that mid afternoon coffee sweeter and at times sort your breakfast too. Having a washer was super useful and the balcony was a joy to work from. I was really concerned about the Wifi because I was working remotely and spend a lot of time in meetings, it was perfect, no slowness, no issues at all. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. If you are looking for a place where you can unwind but still feel like you are at home, I would definitely recommend this apartment.

If I had to say something, it would be that is it far from public transport except for the bus and that takes a lot of time. It will take you around 1 hour with a combination of public transport to reach the center of Athens. By taxi, it will be about 25 to 30 minutes depending on traffic.

The apartment is surprisingly spacious, with a large and inviting living room. With two bedrooms and two toilets, it comfortably accommodates up to three people, ensuring everyone can enjoy a restful and undisturbed stay. The location is also quite convenient—there are some great coffee spots nearby, and the center of Chalandri is just about 1 km away. A solid choice for a comfortable city visit.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was not up to our expectations. While we understand that proximity to a busy road may result in some dust, we would have expected the floor to be mopped before our arrival. Additionally, there were pigeons nesting on the exterior unit of the air conditioner, which led to droppings on the balcony and even on the clothes rack. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this place could offer a much more pleasant experience.
