O apartamento é pequeno, mas extremamente eficiente ao que se propõe, perfeito para um casal ou um casal mais 1 criança - como foi nosso caso. As instalações ainda que pequenas são muito bem otimizadas e acaba por ter um conforto grande. O condomínio é lindo, a piscina é excelente, tem um clube perto da piscina que serve de tudo. Academia bem aparelhada, quadra de futebol e tênis, enfim muito completo para os momentos longe da praia.
Muito pesado dizer que não gostei, mas o único ponto que não é exatamente positivo, e eu já sabia antes de ir, é a distância da vila da praia, possível de ir andando, e muito perto se de carro, porém não é exatamente perto, e de carro você pode ter dificuldade de estacionar a depender do dia. Mas, de novo, não é nada que configure ponto negativo.
