Wir waren 4 Nächte im Elysium-Apartment. Super schick eingerichtet und mit dem Blick fürs Detail gestaltet, haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Bad super modern und stilvoll! Die Küche ist klein aber bestens ausgestattet - besonders anzumerken ist, dass es endlich mal Küchenmesser in einer FeWo gab, die tatsächlich auch gut schneiden☝🏾😎. Und auch sonst wurde an alles gedacht und wir wurden super gastfreundschaftlich empfangen. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen 🙂

Tolle Lage direkt am Rosengarten/Kurpark. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, einfache Kontaktmöglichkeit. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und grosszügig eingerichtet. Alles ist in gutem Zustand und sehr sauber!
Als störend empfanden wir die laute Lüftung. Da die Wohnung im Sous-Sol liegt, ist diese Lüftung zwingend notwendig. Der Automatikbetrieb ist zwar komfortabel aber das ewige An/Aus der Lüftung stört vor allem nachts doch erheblich. Unabhängig von der Wohnung muss man beachten, dass das Parkieren vor dem Haus nur für 4 Stunden pro 24 Std. möglich ist, es ist auch mit 1€/Std. teuer. Die Vermieterin weist im Angebot aber deutlich darauf hin. Leider sind die auch erwähnten Gratisparkplätze dünn gesät.

Die Einrichtung war absolut top, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sehr gut.
Es ist eine Souterrainwohnung was man leider auch richt. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr eng. (Kein Nachttisch) und die Fenster haben keine Verdunkelung.
