Clean, spacious apartment with good amenities and a friendly host

A comfortable and clean apartment. Bright, spacious, and with plenty of room. It has the necessary amenities and good plumbing with sufficient water pressure. Two bathrooms. Comfortable beds, which is very important for me. A very friendly man handled both check-in and check-out. The windows and balcony doors have external shutters. Large balcony. Lots of storage space – cupboards, shelves, etc., and plenty of mirrors. The location is convenient – it's in the city, but you can get to the promenade either by car or on foot. There’s a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby (with a very friendly pharmacist, by the way), a fruit stand with delicious produce, as well as several bakeries and coffee shops. If you're traveling with your own or a rental car, this is a good accommodation option. While parking can be challenging in the city, there are nearby streets with private houses where it’s relatively easy to find a spot. And if you’re lucky, you might even park right in front of the building (although in our case, that space was always taken). If you're without a car, the promenade and beaches may feel a bit far. Also, the nearest city beach isn’t particularly pleasant. Overall, we were satisfied with both the accommodation and the vacation itself – it was a great experience with just a couple of minor issues.

There were no blankets, only sheets to cover with. Although it was warm enough at night, some people prefer sleeping under a blanket. I believe they would have provided some if we had asked. The street below is very noisy. We had to sleep with the windows closed, as it was impossible to fall asleep otherwise. Of course, this isn’t the hosts’ fault, but it’s important to keep in mind when booking. For the same reason, the balcony with a view was barely used. I had planned to have breakfast there, there’s a table and chairs, but the noise from the street made it uncomfortable.
