Casa grande e ben distribuita. Molto comoda per 4 e forse anche 5 persone. Pulita, ordinata, tutto molto ben tenuto. Camere grandi. Cucina attrezzata di tutto. Climatizzata. Non era la prima volta che l’affittavo e penso che ritornerò. C’era persino - molto bene - il carrellino per fare la spesa. La posizione è abbastanza comoda: non proprio in centro ma a 7/10 minuti a piedi.
Check in ore 15 e checkout ore 10: orari un po’ scomodi per chi è in vacanza (soprattutto il check out). Il personale si è però reso disponibile per agevolare almeno un late check-out alle 11. Inoltre se fossi il proprietario leverei la vasca (inutile) e la sostituirei con una doccia e metterei il wc nel bagno dove adesso c’è solo il bidet. In alternativa almeno un doccino nel bagnetto dove sta il wc. Il rubinetto del lavandino del bagnetto gocciola.

Die Lage war gut, da ruhig, was ich mir wünschte. In die Altstadt brauchte ich ca. 25 Min. zu Fuss. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und zweckmässig eingerichtet, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Entsprach genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos.
Daran lässt sich nichts ändern: da sich die Wohnung im /erhöhten) Erdgeschoss befindet, und die Häuser in Trieste relativ hoch sind, ist die Wohnung ziemlich dunkel, man sieht den Himmel nur, wenn man den Kopf zum Fenster rausstreckt. Ich musste also immer das elektrische Licht anstellen.
