The duplex apartment has full height glazing to maximise the light and views of the Saas Fee peaks. The apartment has been renovated to a high standard and blends modern and traditional finishes with quality furnishings to provide a spacious and luxurious apartment. (underfloor heating, comfortable furniture, modern kitchen, modern bath/shower rooms, rainfall showers, wifi, sonos, etc.) The open plan kitchen comes complete with high quality appliances, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, separate microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nespresso coffee machine and utensils. The dining area is double height and seats 8 around a stylish table. The area has direct access to the extended balcony which has a further dining table and chairs for those warm spring evenings. The lounge area is also double height with a feature stone wall, spot lighting and a log burning stove. It is comfortably furnished with 2 large sofas and 2 arm chairs and a sonos sound system.
