Everything one needed for a short stay. Thoughtful gestures like tea, coffee etc even rusks provided.
Initial panic as the contact number was not answered. Started to look for alternative accommodation but the host returned my call just before. Thereafter, communication and arrangements were fine.

Availabilty of essentials- very thoughtful.
We were travelling to Cape Town & the weather was bad so we decided to sleep at Knysna& proceed following morning.
As we checked in we were freezing & my hair was a bit wet.
We found coffie& nice digestive crunches& I blow dried my hair.
