Chic Townhouse by the Sea @ Villacana Playa!

Ho soggiornato dal 22/12/25 al 6 gennaio 26 alla chic touwhouse a Villacana di Estepona.L' abitazione non e di 180 mq. Come dichiarato ma all'incirca 100 mq, a parte questo particolare, seppur importante, ci siamo trovati molto bene, pulita, accogliente, ben arredata e attrezzata.Ottima la sicurezza , la pulizia , il parcheggio privato e la bellissima posizione sulla spiaggia. Voto meriterebbe 8, ma visto che non sono 180 mq. diamo 7.

problemi di prenotazione con il vs sito , non più sicuro

Comfortable beds and AC in the bedrooms, close proximity to the beach, host was responsive, free parking (although the spaces are tight and hard to navigate when it was busy), nearby restaurants and cafes and lovely pool areas. Bathrooms were renovated and lovely. Early check in and detailed instructions from the host was great.

WiFi issues on the second level was poor, tv connection was not great with many of the channels, some of the furniture was dated including the sofa and some of the beds. Access to the mezzanine level and 3rd bedroom area was not safe due to the lack of railing and steep stairs and also there was no electricity on that level so my teenager could not sleep there. Alternative bed arrangements were made but that meant the second bedroom had a double bed and single bed and the space was tight.

Close to the (rocky) beach. The house was nicely decorated and renovated. Charming place. Location close to Estepona, but in your own peace

There is no fixed heating system downstairs, only separate radiators. At first it was cold downstairs and the whole house was damp, but after a couple of days the house warmed up. There are separate air heat pumps upstairs. The house was clean and renovated. The visible surfaces were clean, but there was a lot of dust under the furniture, such as the sofa beds, etc. and there was no vacuum cleaner in the place, so we took out what we could with a brush, but the socks were quite dusty when we moved around the house.
