Nice place to spend a short vacation

Sea view, cleaning status ( daily bin empty and light cleaning, every two days towels were renewed). Good facilities and kitchen tools.The owner, Dimos, very kind and open to share helpfully information about neighborhood.

Parking at almost 100 m ( public parking), up on the hill. We had a family of swallows with the nest at the door which wake us every morning at 5,30-6.00.

Lovely, clean accommodation.

Exceptionally clean accommodation with a great view from the balcony. Demosthenes is a great host, super responsive to our messages and requests, always available to make sure we had a great stay. Due to our late flight, we arrived outside normal check-in hours. We announced it beforehand and Demosthenes was very understanding about it, greeting us in the early hours of the morning with water after a long trip. A small gesture that shows how much they respect their guests. Definitely recommend staying here!

Super cozy apartment

Very nice clean and super cozy apartment. Simply but very tastefully decorated with little details, simply loved it! Loutra is a small village but with very nice beaches. There is very nice restaurant just up the hill, but was fully booked the whole weekend we were there, so recommend to ask the host to make a reservation for you there during your stay. Demos was really helpful and kind host, really enjoyed our stay! Thank youu!

Wonderful apartment with outstanding host!

We really enjoyed staying in the lovely apartment with tasteful design and all the amenities need for a relaxed vacation. Demosthenes was a perfect host and made us feel like we're staying with a good friend. We absolutely recommend it and will certainly be back again. Thank you so much for a pleasant time! Great value for money

Spacious and clean room, awesome view and great host - he offered free drinks when we came and also when we left. Nice fish restaurant nearby Villa Sassa.

Lovely new place, super welcoming host, high recommendations!

Very nice new place in a quiet area. It is a small village and that's exactly what we were seeking. Beautiful view of the sea, very comfortable and super clean rooms with everything you may need provided. Extremely welcoming host who took care of every detail and made sure we were feeling well accommodated. On top of being very friendly and cooperative he also provided us with water, soft drinks, and even anti-mosquito-tablets, which was very kind too. Highly recommended!

Piacevole

Ampio monolocale con un bel balconcino. Staff molto accogliente e disponibile. È stata apprezzata la disponibilità dell’acqua, succhi e birra fresca oltre al caffè e biscottini. Servizio di pulizia ogni giorno. Ci svuotavano la spazzatura e cambiavano gli asciugamani. Rientravamo e trovavamo la stanza sempre pulita.

Unico inconveniente il parcheggio lontano.

Fara masina este imposibil de mers la plaja.Cele din localitate sunt imposibile Dar , la 10 km este plaja Xenia. Baia si dusul in special foarte mici. O cazare la limita confortului

Pat confortabil, lenjerie alba, curata, balcon spațios, prosoape albe, curate, cu miros plăcut, personalul amabil și la dispoziția noastră când am avut nevoie. Per total cazarea a fost una ok care raportata la calitate / preț a fost conform așteptărilor.

Dusul de la baie are o cortină , se strânge multa apa in baie când te speli. Ocazional dimineața mirosea pt scurt timp urat in baie ( de la canalizare ). A fost o singura seară în care nu am avut apa calda pe motiv că făceau mai mulți turiști dus în același timp. Mai degrabă nu as mai alege locația aceasta pt că este o stațiune extrem de mica unde găsești foarte greu un loc în care sa mănânci. Cele 2-3 restaurante pe care le are te primesc doar pe baza de rezervare și nu au nici cea mai mică intenție să îți găseasca o masa (nici măcar pt mai târziu) in cazul in care nu ai rezervare. Plaja mica, înghesuită.

Cazarea este ok per total. Raportată la preț a fost conform așteptărilor. Personalul amabil. Lenjerie alba, curata, pat confortabil. Prosoape curate, schimbate frecvent.

Stațiunea in care este plasată cazarea este f mica cu f puține opțiuni de mâncat și cu lipsa totala de disponibilitate din partea angajaților . Fără rezervare nu prea aveai unde să mănânci.

Posizione molto comoda e tranquilla, con spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi e parcheggio molto vicino. Camera molto bella e curata, letto comodo. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Всичко беше много хубаво, локацията, стаята беше много чиста и имаше всичко необходимо, терасата с невероятният изглед към морето. А персоналът беше изключително любезен и много отзивчив. Бяхме 5 нощувки в края на юни 2025, като за това време ни смениха цялото бельо веднъж,а хавлиите дори и повече. Определено пак ще се върнем.

Всичко ни хареса,няма нещо което да не ни допадна.

Çok temiz, sessiz ve rahat bir konaklamaydı

Sabahları kuş sesleriyle uyanmak çok güzeldi. Sakin bir sokakta yer alıyor, neredeyse hiç araç geçmiyor. Odadaki eşyalar çok yeniydi ve çok temizdi. Yatak çok rahattı. Balkon, masa ve sandalyeler çok kullanışlıydı. Park yeri 50 metre ilerideydi ve her gün yer bulabildik. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlüydü. Çok ilgililerdi. Mutfak eşyaları çok işimize yaradı. Banyo da çok temizdi. Havlular da yeterliydi ve çok temizdi. Sevdiğim plajlara 15 dakika mesafedeydi. Yanında balık restoranı olması da avantajdı. Bir dahaki gelişimde mutlaka yine burada kalacağım!

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία!! Πολύ άνετο και καθαρό δωμάτιο με όλες τις παροχές και όμορφη θέα! Πολύ πρόθυμος και εξυπηρετικός ο οικοδεσπότης! Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής για μήνα Ιούνιο Το μοναδικό που ίσως θα μπορούσε να δυσκολέψει τη διαμονή αναλόγως και με το μήνα που επιλέγετε, είναι το πάρκινγκ γιατί δεν έχει. Εμείς, όμως, μήνα Ιούνιο δεν δυσκολεύτηκαμε... Σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε!

Tesis çok temiz her gün ayrıca odada temizlik yapılıyor. Konum muhteşem, plaja markete restaurantlara 5 dakika ve gayet sessiz sakin huzurlu bir yer. Beklentimiz üzerinde mutlu bir tatil yaşadım. Bundan sonra bu konumda tercih edeceğim tek tesis burası. Dimos harika bir ev sahibi er şey için kendisine çok teşekkür ederim.
