Couldn't have asked for a better experience

Perfect location to explore the beautiful parts of the city, really welcoming family, the hostess was very warm and helpful, and often brought warm drinks up to me. When I arrived, it was raining and I hadn't needed an umbrella until now. When I opened the door, the host had left an umbrella for me without asking! This experience was incredible and I would definitely return to this accommodation if I get the chance to return to Prizren

The accommodation is right beside the road, if you're a light sleeper or sensitive to sound, I recommend bringing ear plugs for the night time.

Daily Treats and Heartfelt Hospitality

We felt incredibly well taken care of during our stay. The host is attentive in every detail: she often brought us sweets, fresh coffee, and even a full umbrella when she noticed we only had a rain jacket. She also left water in the room and checked in regularly to make sure everything was perfect for us. The room is very comfortable, well-equipped, and has everything we needed. The sunset view is absolutely beautiful and made our time in Prizren even more special. It truly felt like home. We highly recommend staying here.

Great apartment, located close to city centre, with a beautiful view. Very nice host family.

It was really a very nice stay in this rented apartment very close to Prizren city centre. The hosting family was very nice and helpful; they personally secured our parking spot in front of the house. We loved especially the terrace, where we could sit around the table and relax in the evening, and then have breakfast in the morning, with marvellous view to the nearby hills with the Prizren fortress just across the river.

Close to beautiful Prizren

The hosts were very friendly and lived on site. The location to town was fantastic and the balcony was great. We had everything we needed and the shared kitchen was an added bonus.

We would have liked the shower to be on the wall and not hand held.

Lovely family in a perfect location

The location is perfect, in front of the river and viewing the castle. The family hosted us were very kind and supported us in every possible way, they even dropped me to the bus station and supported me to find the proper bus and gave the kids sweets. They are a lovely family.

I liked the terminal pick-up service, welcome tea, and fantastic breakfast. The accommodation is quiet and close to the center. In particular, the family is really friendly. I felt like I was at my parents' house. If I visit Prizren again, Ralin Apart is the main reason.

There are no downsides. If a problem arises, it is resolved immediately by communicating through WhatsApp.

Exceptional

Excellent hosts, they were so kind and available for anything I needed to ask and were proactive in making sure I had everything I needed. The location is perfect for exploring Prizren - just by the city centre but also in a quiet area

Just a very small thing but the posting said the room I booked had a terrace. It was a window that opened from the room that one could look out of. Still a lovely view, but I had thought there would be a balcony to sit on when it listed a terrace among the facilities

Top 3 things we liked: the riverside location, the extremely kind host, and the excellent internet.

I attended a conference and my sister and I stayed in the apartment for 6 nights. ( ~ at the end of June 2023 ) A very kind family operates the rental apartment (they live in the same building) and they treated us almost like family member. If we had any requests, they tried to solve them. The apartment is right on the river bank and you can enjoy the pleasant gurgling of the water (I really liked this) but if anyone finds it disturbing, this can be eliminated by closing the balcony door. The central tourist district with numerous restaurants is just a few minutes' walk away. I also really liked the city, and I will likely return here. The internet has a relatively very good upload speed, and I did not experience any problems during online conference conversations. (I tested it) One thing to be prepared for: not every member of the host's family speaks English, so sometimes you may have to communicate using Google translator. However, this was not a problem in our case. With lots of smiles, goodwill, and kindness, every problem can be solved. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Buraya ikinci kez geliyoruz ve çok memnun kaldığımız için yine Ralin Apart'ı tercih ettik. Evin konumu çok iyi yürüyerek merkeze rahatça erişilebiliyor. Ayrıca manzarası da çok güzel balkonda nehir manzarasının keyfini çıkarabilirsiniz. Ramazan abi ve eşi çok ilgili ve yardım severler arabamız için hemen yer ayarladılar, bize çay ve bisküvi ikram ettiler tekrar buradan da teşekkür ediyorum 😊 tekrar gelmek nasip olursa yine burada kalırım
