Well equipped and very comfortable. Helen and Gideon are really friendly and helpful.

Everything was fine.

Great rural location sitting at the higher side of a lovely valley with hay meadows and wildlife. We saw buzzards, deer, foxes, rabbits, jays. Property well kitted out with generous bottle of wine, ground coffee and other stuff supplied on arrival. Bed was very comfortable and large, with lovely large corner settee in lounge dining area where you could stretch out. Pool was really nice. Also patio area lovely, surrounded by lavender and hoard of humming bird moths. A lovely stay!

Lovely weekend retreat used to attend a family wedding. Very friendly, chilled hosts who want you to feel at home and at ease to share their lovely accommodation. We arrived late evening and were very happy to find milk, butter, wine, and other treats waiting for us. We would recommend, especially if you want to go with a group of friends as they have several other units available if you want a little privacy but to stay in the same location with friends or family. Good to stay somewhere where recycling and natural produce are encouraged. The owners had roaming chickens, lovely tame cats, and quiet dogs. We even saw deer in the field. Friendly hosts who were respectful and conscious to give you privacy and freedom and be behind the scenes if required. Finally, I believe they operate all year round, so great to know if anyone wants somewhere beautiful to stay out of season.

Nothing significant to mention apart from maybe more mobile/mirrors as they would have come in handy to get ready with makeup & hair. Otherwise, we probably wouldn't mention if we weren't attending a wedding :)

Lack of shade around the pool. There was only an air conditioner in the lounge. The main bedroom was the other side of a storage room, so was not cool. (a fan would have helped) Chickens and dogs wondering around the extensive gardens, disturbed our own dog.
