Great value for money - 2 clean bedrooms and bathrooms overlooking beautiful views and tidy gardens below. Easy access to beach and restaurants below. Grateful to have free access to the washing machine next door as well. The property host was also generous and kind.

I didn’t realise there were so many stairs to get to the room! Not great for those who have many heavy suitcases travelling long term. I wish it had some cupboards as well for our things. And lastly, unfortunately the toilets were very smelly - something to do with the sewerage or drainage system I imagine - but it was bad. The bathroom doors needed to stay closed, the windows open and the toilet lid closed to make it bearable.

Extremely clean. The lady and her daughter were vey nice and helped us a lot from the very beginning till the very end. We found a bottle of Bordeaux wine and a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived. Such a nice touch!

Absolutely amazing view! Large balcony for dinners (during the day sun in on that side therefore not so good for lunch), very spacious, the host was super responsive to all our requests and questions. Comfortable sofa to sit on.

The Wi-Fi was a real pain, it only worked during the day and was totally unusable in the evening. The fact that you live on a pathway of other people’s houses is also a downside. If you have a lot of luggage - it’s a really tricky way up the stairs and almost no chance to find parking a stone away so you’ll also have to walk. The smell in the bathrooms was really bad and in one of the 2 bathrooms there was a leak from upstairs (we were on the 1st floor). However if you want to explore wonderful Barbati beaches it is a good option as really close to the sea.
