Featuring high end appliances custom cabinetry, balcony's, and so much more. 3 bedrooms each with king beds and en-suite bathrooms, a forth bedroom with a double over double bunk bed PLUS a bonus room with a queen sized pull out couch and desk., Not to mention its fantastic location-just a short stroll to the White sandy beaches of Holmes Beach!!! Less than 2 minutes walk to Holmes Beach City Center where you can grab your morning coffee, take the kids for ice cream or shop til you drop! This lovely property offers a huge, private heated pool with a spa, The backyard is an oasis with BBQ grill, tropical landscaping, out door shower, huge covered section and lots of space to hang out. The large outdoor space features outdoor dining and a lounge area where your group can catch the game on the big screen outdoor TV. Even an EV (Electric Vehicle) charging station in the garage!
