This apartment complex is located just at the southern edge of Broad Ripple (sobro) and there are multiple locations within walking distance of the complex. Pets are welcomed. The neighborhood around the area has many friendly dog owners that welcomed us to the area as we walked our dog. The underground secure parking is clean and well lit although vent fans are noisy. The rooms are well apppointed.
The queen sized mattress/bed in the studio size room that we utilized, was only fair. It slept hot, and all available pillows were too large and “ poofy” . We will look for a king sized room next time and will absolutely consider this location our next visit.

It was extremely easy to get the keys—the instructions were very detailed with photos. I arrived at 2am after travelling for over 30 hours, so this was very much appreciated! The apartment was lovely, clean, and had a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Very quiet, and the people living in the building were all extremely friendly.
