The villa was spotlessly clean upon arrival, situated in a fantastic location, and featured a lovely private pool

Our stay was impacted by several maintenance issues and a minor listing discrepancy. The layout turned out to be one double room and two twin rooms rather than the advertised two doubles, though the main frustration came down to broken amenities. We bought coffee pods specifically for the stay only to discover the coffee machine was broken. The rain shower in the double room was faulty, the downstairs shower was blocked and the door handle to the pool area was loose. Out by the pool, several of the chairs were broken, and a sharp, damaged pool tile unfortunately cut our child's foot. Additionally, we had to contend with an ant infestation both inside the house and outdoors. With proper pest control, routine repairs, and an updated description on the booking platform, this could be a great property, but it currently falls short of expectations
