Everything was great. The host sent me pictures to help find the apartment and to collect the keys which made it really easy to get in. There was a lot of space with a kitchenette and a balcony. I found the room very well equipped, ex.: fridge, water heater for tea or coffee, owen, toaster, AC, tv, iron and ironing board, etc. The host kept making sure that everything's fine and it was. The location is pretty central in Chania, everything is within walking distance. Highly recommended!
