    Large room. Great bed. Nice extra touch with complimentary water and snacks.

    There is no one in the office. You have to call a number and then they will text you a key code for your room. The room was clean and well appointed. There was a very strong smell of cleaning fluid when we arrived, and had to air the room out before we felt comfortable closing the door. We texted the management the night before our last day, saying we'd like to stay an additional 3 days. They responded by saying " OK, I'll make the reservation in the morning". At 2:45pm the next day, we received a text saying we had to be out of our room right away as there was no reservation. They said they had called that morning, but there was no record of a phone call earlier in the day as they claimed. When we called for clarification we were told the room was not available. We had to rush back to the motel from the desert, and remove all our belongings without knowing where we would stay that night. It was poorly handled and caused us a great deal of distress.
