La situation , la qualité de l'accueuil et l'excellent rapport qualité pour un appartement.

Местоположение в центре. Нас встретили тепло и гостеприимно, дали четкие инструкции, как найти отель. В номере чисто, есть кухня, столовые приборы, раковина. Интерьер интересный, номер просторный, кровать удобная, а самое главное, очень тихо!

Не совсем понятно, как утекает вода в ванной, но не критично

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet: Kurze Wege meine Freunde in District 3 zu besuchen und dennoch in Fussdistanz zum Stadtzentrum. Die Gastgeberin sorgte für jede Information, die ich wünschte. War aufmerksam und sehr nett. Ich fühlte mich zu Hause - jederzeit wieder

No Breakfast included. Location was excellent, Close to major attractions The Independence Palace, Tao Dan Park, War Remnants Museum great location for food & coffee shops, The renowned Hum Signature cafe, craft shop & restaraunt was just opposite the access to the property on the Main Street,the appartment was very Quiet. Situated down an alleyway away from the Main Street, very quiet at anytime of the day. The bed was very comfortable, not easy to vacate of a morning, the kitchen area was really well appointed & clean, but inside the cupboards could have been cleaner, there was a microwave in one cupboard but i was not informed of this so didn’t know if it was serviceable, I didn’t actually need it so I did not enquire, I must state that the owner was friendly, approachable & always on hand via the phone & helpful.

Some of the cleanliness, the property was generally very clean, but I think it was not quite finished off, ready for occupation, inside some cupboards was not clean & had remnants of building work. Bathroom was great, though a little odd, it had two doors & a mirrored pillar in the centre that I thought was a nice feature & useful, but the drainage could have been better. A personal requirement for me would have been a larger more substantial desk/table.
