Best location in Laguna-modern apartment at Cassia

Great location and lovely views,comfortable and well equipped apartment

I went to the rooftop to see the view, but the door was locked when I tried to get inside the building, which was a big problem, but the staff came and helped me out. I would have gotten dehydrated if I had stayed there a little longer.

I was in trouble because they didn't let me store my luggage after check-out.reglesh

Location was perfect in a quiet area with beautiful views, apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, comfortable, stylish, hosts were doing great welcoming us and bringing an extra blanket for my son upon request.

I thought I booked with a hotel (Cassia Residences) but I just found out upon arrival that I booked directly with the owner of the apartment. The 5000 baht deposit caught me off guard, I felt really awkward not having it ready for them, but it was only written with tiny letters at the bottom of my confirmation email. I didn’t like that part, but they came back next day to collect it after I had a chance to get out to an ATM. It was all sorted, but I like to be prepared

Great location & nice view from flat

Run by agency that does not care. Internet kept dropping out & I had to chase the agent for 2 days to get someone to come out & fix it. Bedroom window was broken. Once "fixed" it could not be left open because wind would blow it shut. No condiments whatsoever. No salt, pepper or washing powder - all bare essentials you would expect from a short stay accommodation. 5k deposit required. Separate payment for electricity usage so you have no idea how much extra you'll be paying. Host of other minor things not worth mentioning that added to a stay that was mediocre at best.
