Best location in Laguna-modern apartment at Cassia

The location and the area of the place are great. Very restful place.

The room has some smell that takes a while to get used to. It is highly recommended to clear and clean up this smell so that future guests will not be complaining.

Great location and lovely views, comfortable and well equipped apartment

Nothing

I went to the rooftop to see the view, but the door was locked when I tried to get inside the building, which was a big problem, but the staff came and helped me out. I would have gotten dehydrated if I had stayed there a little longer.

I was in trouble because they didn't let me store my luggage after check-out.reglesh

Great location & nice view from flat

Run by agency that does not care. Internet kept dropping out & I had to chase the agent for 2 days to get someone to come out & fix it. Bedroom window was broken. Once "fixed" it could not be left open because wind would blow it shut. No condiments whatsoever. No salt, pepper or washing powder - all bare essentials you would expect from a short stay accommodation. 5k deposit required. Separate payment for electricity usage so you have no idea how much extra you'll be paying. Host of other minor things not worth mentioning that added to a stay that was mediocre at best.
