Bhuvanam homestay

We had an amazing 3 night stay with Suresh and family, a truly brilliant homestay experience. Suresh is an exceptional host, warm and welcoming and highly knowledgeable about the local area. He is also a local guide and his village and plantation walk was brilliant to learn about local life, he also can help to organise plenty of brilliant activities in the local area away from classic tourist places but that give you a real insight into local life. The food is exceptional, the best we've had in India and each meal blew us away with the variety, freshness of ingredients and wonderful flavours. Overall, just a brilliant experience, come and stay here!!

What an amazing stat we had at Bhuvanam. Suresh and his wife are just amazing guys, they do everything possible to make your stay comfortable and are very humble. The location is great, admist rubber plantation and greenery. It is strategic as you will be able to go to Vythiru, Meppadi and Eddakkal in good time. The room is very comfortable with all you need for a convenient stay. TV and Wifi both worked perfectly. The view from the seating area outside the room is fantastic. Food is another highlight, we had tomato rice, chicken fry, chicken malabar and every dish was lip smacking and very reasonable. For breakfast Suresh even packed some for us as we had to leave early, Dosa, chutneys, fresh juice and fruits which was such a great gesture. We have stayed in so many homestays and this has to be among the top 5 experiences. We went for a stroll through the rubber plantation, we saw a wild boar in the night, there was a campfire arranged as well which was amazing to sit, have beer and chat with Suresh and listen to his stories. It was a top notch stay and we wish we had some more days to spend there. We wish Suresh and family all the best for their future endeavours of making more rooms and hopefully we would visit them again.

Suresh est un hôte extraordinaire, lui et sa famille nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux, toujours aux petits soins, nous demandant régulièrement si nous avions envie de découvrir des choses particulières. L'environnement à la juste limite entre jungle et zone de culture est une vitrine pédagogique sur la diversité entre nature et prise sur celle-ci dans le respect. Un moment important.
