電子レンジや湯沸かしポット、大きな冷蔵庫、洗濯機など、必要なものが一通りそろっています。
コンロはIHで3口ありました。鍋やフライパンあり、皿やマグカップも十分にあり。
ベッドは一台しかありませんが、大きいので二人余裕で寝られます。寝心地が良かったです。
・スタッフは、大事なことでもこちらから聞かないと教えてくれません。
・まずメールアドレスを教えるよう言われ、使用ルールなどが書かれたPDFが送られてきます。Booking.comのDMだけで完結して欲しいです。What's appにもメッセージがきました。
・鍵をなくした時などのためにデポジットをとられます。しかも海外送金しないといけないので、すごく面倒でした。旅行から帰ってきて2日経ちますが、今のところ返されていません。
・スタッフがアパートの場所をWhat’s appで送ってきましたが、目印となるバールは閉店して別の店になっていました。最新情報を送るよう抗議しておきました。
・洗濯機の水栓が閉まっていて、はじめは使えない状態でした。使い方の説明や水栓が閉まっている旨の説明はありませんでした。
・トイレットペーパーの在庫が少なく、2日間二人の滞在だと少し足りなかったので自分たちでスーパーで買い足す必要がありました。皿を洗う洗剤もすごく小さなものしか支給されず、不便です。
