Excellent AC during heatwave

The restaurant was closed during the two days we were there

Loved the room, it was really comfortable and beautifully appointed. We booked for dinner in the onsite restaurant and it was fabulous.

We had a spa bath in the room but unfortunately no instructions on how to use it. We managed to get water in but the experience wasn't what we'd hoped for!

We loved this house! Very comfortable and lovely staff. We really enjoyed a champagne tasing upon arrival! Staff were very helpful and overall we had a lovely stay. The location is terrific - a short walk from avenue de champagne.

Rooms aren't serviced during your stay - we didn't mind, but something to be aware of in case you do. Also the pool is operated separately through the spa rather than the hotel itself - you get 1 free hour, but you need to schedule it etc. We found this all a bit difficult particularly when we thought the hotel had a pool we could just jump in whenever we wanted.

The Room was very spacious and clean. The champagne experience with the man in the bar was brilliant he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Shame the other staff were not the same.

No water in room or minibar no milk for tea limited 2 coffee pods again no milk. Breakfast a shambles 22.00 euros each for a help yourself limited breakfast only scrambled eggs on offer we asked about poached fried or boiled eggs and apparently they can’t do them they have one pan. Only after another couple saying the same us us they managed boiled eggs (hard) the lady in charge of reception quite rude about it she said as we pre ordered the evening before there was nothing they could do. On questioning the price she said they are expertise is champagne with breakfast which we didn’t want we asked if we could maybe have a glass later that was a NO too. Complete waste of 44 euros went down the road to eat afterwards and coffee from the machine poor too! The lady in question was quite rude a check out no offer of help with bags or taxi and stairs quite steep to 2nd floor for anyone bit older.
