I demand u full refund, for all 5 days that didn’t stay at your hotel. More over I remand booking to check more precisel

Absolutely nothing. Absolutely untruthful booking promo and pictures. It’s old, dirty, terribly maintained, overrated, the promo exists to attract attention and no money can be returned once u come and see this anti-sanitary.

The images and descriptions you provide are falsified, creating a deceptive representation of the property. What you actually offer are rooms that resemble torture cells, not accommodations fit for guests. The state of your property is in clear violation of basic health and safety standards and poses a significant threat to guests. Specific Issues Observed: • Unhygienic Mattresses and Sofas: The mattresses and sofas in the rooms are in an appalling condition, covered in stains and emitting foul odors. The supposed “royal upgrade” room offered as an alternative was equally deplorable. I can provide photographic evidence to illustrate the substandard state of these furnishings. • Terrible Room Conditions: Both the initial room and the alternative provided were filled with dirt, grime, and signs of neglect. Cigarette butts scattered around and extensive damage to the furniture are unacceptable. • Health Hazards: There were clear signs of mold and fungus throughout the property, which are serious health risks. Such conditions are not only unsanitary but also dangerous to guests’ health. According to the legal standards set by the Indonesia Ministry of Health and Indonesia Hotel and Restaurant Association (PHRI), a hotel can be closed if it poses a health risk or fails to meet required hygiene standards. I requested that they provide the latest certifications and inspection reports that your property has presented to [Booking Platform]. These documents should accurately reflect your compliance with health and safety standards, which, based on my experience, appears to be grossly misrepresented. Not done. i also notified Booking Platform about the discrepancies between the advertised and actual conditions of this property to prevent future guests from being misled.

Location was OK but a bit of a walk to the main streeet. Villa is dated (pictures not up to date).

Breakfast, when ordered the day before, came hot and on time.

The villa complex is a bit dated. Was probably fantastic when first built. Now in need of updating given the prices being charged. The kitchen is NOT fully equipped with either full sets of glasses not cooking items...plan on eating out or having food delivered.

The villa wasn't clean apart from the beds. Thought I was booking a villa close to town but it was actually a 15 minute drive away from Canggu. Think the host updated the villa address on booking.com to show the true location. The property needs some TLC. Pool lights didn't work. Contaminated water dispenser

Great staff, great value for money

Staff were great, and were flexible with my payment as my card wasn't working for some reason. They let me pay by cash on day 2 of my stay. That was really helpful as I was feeling unwell the day I arrived.

Upstairs bathroom had a bad sewerage smell coming from the drain. Couldn't smell it from the bedroom with the door closed but it was terrible when you were in the bathroom.

Villanın konumu çok iyi bir yerdeydi. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Villa 3 yatak odalı ve geniş havuzuyla kalabalık aile ve gruplar için süperdi. Motor kiralamak için resepsiyonu aradık 10 dakika sonra getirdiler.

Konakladığımız 7 gece boyunca kimse temizliğe gelmedi. Kahvaltı boşlarını bile almadılar biz söyleyince gelip aldılar. Havuzda temizlenmedi. Kahvaltı dahil olmasına rağmen 1gün kahvaltımız gelmedi. Buzdolabı arızalıydı içinde ne varsa dondu. Havuz ışıkları çalışmıyordu.
