We like the property because of entry from the parking and there was a lift so easy for olders to communicate . Good rooms . Balcony in hall & view . Peaceful society

Thank you for hosting us. I wanted to share some honest feedback that may be helpful for improving the property for future guests. The property has a nice view from the hall and one of the rooms, but the other room does not have a view. Also, the boundary wall adjoining the neighbouring property is quite low, which made us feel uncomfortable from a privacy and safety perspective. Even with the windows kept closed, we felt that people from the neighbouring side could easily see into the property. We also felt that the overall cleanliness could have been better. The artificial grass at the entrance and balcony needed cleaning, and the kitchen and bathrooms were not as clean as we had expected at all . There was also an unpleasant smell from the sofa. We requested that the cover be changed, but unfortunately, the smell remained even after that. I’m sharing this feedback respectfully because the property has potential, but addressing the privacy concerns from that room which you can easily gaurd that balcony with iron tailing to make it safe . and improving the cleanliness is so important and maintenance would make the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable for guests. I had a wonderful stay at Rizell Alexis. The property offered beautiful views and a very peaceful atmosphere. The rooms and amenities were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Hygiene standards throughout the property were excellent. The property owner was very polite and kind, and also arranged an early check-in, which made the experience even more convenient and appreciated. The response to requests was prompt, and overall everything was managed smoothly. It was a relaxing and memorable stay.

There was nothing significant to dislike. Everything from cleanliness and hygiene to amenities and overall experience was excellent.

Everything about the place was impressive. They had arranged for late night check-in . Supported in local sightseeing and travel as well. The entire accommodation was very well maintained with daily clean up done so that we got a very peaceful and hygienic stay the day we were there. The accommodation is as depicted in the pictures and in fact even better. The view from the balcony is just picture perfect. Interaction with our host and caretaker was simply top notch. All the daily needs were arranged for by the host and care taker. So i will recommend this place without a second guess

The property is spacious, clean and provided with all the basic amenities that one could require during the stay. The owner is polite, professional in conduct and readily available for any need that may arise anytime to the guests. All the information regarding the places to tour, the restaurants to order from and any grocery related necessities are all promptly provided by him.

It’s a kindrequest to keep the coordination between the care taker and the cleaning staff regarding the availability of alternate home keys as it led to some miscommunication during our stay, and the night time dish washing was left undone. Also I didn’t see the care taker at all during my stay as he was out of town during that time so I believe in such circumstances some alternative must be kept in mind so that the system continues undisturbed.
