Die örtliche Lage direkt in der Marina und der kleine Garten bzw Wiese. Ideal für Kinder.
Leider wurde nur sehr oberflächlich geputzt (Staubfetzen und Schmutz kamen durch das Verrücken von Coach und Bett hervor).
